Nova Pharma KSA recently brought together veterinarians in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminar dedicated to one of the most impactful topics in companion animal medicine, chronic pain management in pets.
The session was designed as an in-depth learning experience, providing veterinary professionals with focused, clinically relevant insights aimed at improving patient outcomes and strengthening everyday practice.
We were honoured to host internationally respected experts Dr. Hannah Capon and Dr. Katrin Jahn, who led impactful discussions covering:
🔹 Why Chronic Pain in Pets Matters
🔹 Behaviour Change as a First Indication of Pain
🔹 Multimodal Management: What it is, Why it’s Important, and How to Implement it
🔹 Advances in Clinical Diagnostics & Disease Managementt
Throughout the seminar, attendees explored practical applications and evidence-based approaches to better recognize, assess, and manage chronic pain in companion animals. The conversations were dynamic and collaborative, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing standards of care across the region.
The event reinforced Nova Pharma’s ongoing dedication to supporting veterinarians through high-quality educational initiatives that translate scientific knowledge into real-world clinical impact.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all veterinarians who joined us and contributed to such an engaging and insightful session. We look forward to continuing these educational programs and strengthening collaboration within the veterinary community across the GCC.
